Downhill Skiing
Skiing at Big Sky, MT has been a part of my life for the past 20 years. Nothing beats the experience of skiing fresh powder from the summit of Lone Peak. If I can't find fresh powder, you will find me jumping off random features and avoiding trees.
Mountain Biking
I started mountain biking a few years ago, and it has quickly become one of my favorite activities. Not only does it provide an exhilarating workout, mountain biking allows me to explore nature in a unique way.
Rock Climbing
I spend a great deal of time rock climbing in the gym. I really enjoy the physical and mental challenge that climbing provides. The progression through various routes or boulder problems provides a satisfying way to track personal achievements. If you haven't tried climbing before, I highly recommend it.
Slalom Water Skiing
Growing up in Minnesota, I was fortunate to spend many weekends on the water. I learned to water ski at a young age and it has continued to be a favorite activity of mine.
Photography
I really enjoy exploring the outdoors. Nature photography has been an extension of that experience. I have always had a love of space and the stars, so I particularly enjoy taking long exposure photos of the night sky. I captured this photo in Northern Minnesota.
